Our Story
Started with people. Still all about people.
PeopleEX was born from a simple belief: work should feel better - for people, for business, and for the planet.
It began with one person and a clear purpose: to offer HR that’s not just compliant, but conscious. Today, we’re a trans-Tasman team supporting purpose-led organisations across Aotearoa and Australia - still driven by that same vision.
Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of workplaces grow with confidence, navigate complex change, and build cultures where people genuinely thrive. We don’t believe in off-the-shelf HR. We take the time to understand your story, your goals, and your people - and then walk beside you, every step of the way.
