Our LAST Strategy 2.0 — Logical, Achievable, Sustainable, Targeted — is our roadmap for putting purpose into practice across everything we do: from carbon-conscious operations to regenerative HR advice.

We stay aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and weave them into client frameworks like wellbeing, leadership and DEI.

We focus where we can lead - embedding ethical people practices, amplifying inclusive hiring, and reducing waste in HR processes.

What We’re Doing Now

  • Offsetting AI usage and workshop facilitation through native tree donations with Trees That Count

  • Mental health first - certified Mental Health First Aiders across the team

  • Fly-neutral ops - remote-first, low emissions, and carbon-conscious suppliers

  • Upskilling for change - certifications in Business Sustainability and Cultural Competency

  • Embedding SDGs into client HR systems and employee journeys

  • Team learning - on Te Tiriti, regenerative HR, and ethical tech

Carbon Offset

Offset annual AI energy use (e.g. ChatGPT) and workshop facilitation with 100+ trees/year, scaling with client growth

Up to 24 paid volunteer hours per associate, annually

Charity Giving

Donate 0.5%–1% of net profit to wellbeing, equity & regeneration causes

B Corp Maturity

Recertify by FY28 with higher impact score in governance & environment

Actively contribute to HRNZ, SBN, B Corp and media conversations on ethical HR & sustainability
